Gary, if you need a meter you can find a l.e.d tester that will light up when hit with 12volts dc, should be about $5. Hardware stores & gas stations usually have them. Dont remember seeing them at Meijers or Wal Mart but they could be there.
Soon the carp will be running the rivers spawning, get your bow setup for bowfishing soon. It can be done from the shore or in a small boat, day or night. Some of you along the Mo. River watershed could even get a shot at a jumping carp
