Got the idea for this off of a different website, tweaked it, and Larry LOVES it - at least that's what he told me....

Here's what you need:
2 Tb. olive oil
2# ground beef, venison, or a combination of both
½large onion, diced
1 teaspoon of minced garlic (or two cloves, if you don't buy the pre minces stuff)
salt, pepper,
a HEAVY teaspoon of ground thyme
2- 14oz cans of diced tomatoes
1 average sized bell pepper, diced
¼cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 box of rigatoni

heat the olive oil in a large skillet, and throw in the onions.cook until they're clear, but not browned. Add garlic and stir - don't brown the garlic either, it will make it bitter. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Drain off fat. Add salt, pepper and thyme.Stir well, then toss in the tomatoes and peppers. Stir well and reduce heat to low. let it simmer for a good half hour covered - be sure to stir it a few times to make sure the fire isn't too hot. Boil your rigatoni as label indicates, drain, and put into your dish, or individual bowls. Stir the parmesan into the sauce at this point. Ladle over the cooked pasta, and sprinkle with a touch more cheese.
There ya go.

Here's what to do:

In a large sauce pan, sautee the onion in a couple tablespoons of butter.

Thanks Kimi.  And you can go wrong with spaghetti, tomatoes
and garlic no matter what else you throw in it!
