turkey breast
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
butter

cut breast across the grain into thin strips

mix flour and salt together and coat breast strips

melt butter in skillet and SLOW cook on low heat to keep from burning the butter
cook until golden brown [turn as needed]

simple and yummy !

try this.

cut up breast into strips and soak in a mixture of warchester, dails steak seasning, brown spicey mustard. garlic, butter, and liquid smoke. put in in the oven or grill it to perfection.
