I PUT THIS ARTICLE HERE TO GET MORE EXPOSURE--ANY IDEAS  PEOPLE
I had something very strange happen while at camp this weekend. I would like to know if anyone else ever experienced this.
I went out fishing for a while and when I got by the island on the lake I drifted in by some sunken logs that bass always bed by and I was astonished at what I saw. There were so many bass in 2 to 5 feet of water I couldn't count them all. Some were laying by logs and most swimming all around. They were from I would say 10 inches to 3 plus lbs. I counted 18 and just couldn't count the rest with them swimming. I could not get them to hit anything I threw at them, I tried plastic worm, flatfish, spoons , spinners. I bumpted ones nose with the plastic worm. The only thing I didn't have to try was live bait. They had a big area around the logs cleared to the sand just like when they bed in the summer. I know there had to be at least 25 to 30 bass there. It was like looking in an aquarium or hatchery. Has this ever happened to anyone else and if so does anyone have an idea why they were schooled in that area. It just floored me.
